2D to 3D converter tool elevated into full feature

The 2D to 3D converter tool is now elevated into a full feature, from being a Tech preview before. Various issues have been addressed, conversion of tunnel reinforcements is now possible, and a connection to PLAXIS 3D is established automatically, if possible.

Tech preview: Improved import from SoilVision SVSLOPE 2D

Added functionality to import load boundary conditions and structural objects from SoilVision SVSLOPE 2D models.

Tech preview: Exporting to ParaView

Some bugfixes and stability improvements have been implemented.
